Vertebrate datasets

Regulatory features for pig and chicken are based on data generated by the GENE-SWiTCH consortium, supplemented with primary data from Kern, C., Wang, Y., Xu, X. et al (2021).

The AQUA-FAANG consortium generated the data for Atlantic salmon, Rainbow trout, Common carp, Turbot, and European seabass.

All primary data are available in ENA or GEO and are indexed and searchable in the FAANG Data Portal.
