Database servers

In addition to the mirror websites, we have provide two mirrors of the ensembldb.ensembl.org public database server. These are useastdb.ensembl.org and asiadb.ensembl.org and are available on ports 3306 and 5306. Please note that these mirrors only hold two versions of the databases, the current and the previous release, not the full archive of earlier databases found at ensembldb.ensembl.org.
